1. Introduction
Snow Ridge Studios LLC (“Snow Ridge Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is processed when you use our mobile applications on iOS or Android or visit our website. We aim to minimize data collection, avoid unnecessary tracking, and give users control over their information.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the app, settings, preferences, gameplay information, and other user-generated information may be stored on a device or synchronized through platform cloud services such as Apple iCloud. We do not operate our own servers to collect or store user-generated application content.
Some apps use external APIs, including Scryfall for Magic: The Gathering card information. Requests may transmit search terms, IP addresses, and other technical request information to those services. Some apps request access to device features such as the camera, photos, or other permissions when needed for functionality. Specific permissions vary by app.
3. How Information Is Used
Information is processed to provide app features, preserve settings and preferences, synchronize data where supported, retrieve requested external information, enable device capabilities, facilitate purchases, and maintain reliability and security. We do not use app data for targeted advertising or behavioral profiling.
4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information or share user data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Some app features necessarily communicate with external service providers, including APIs and platform services. Such providers may process technical information under their own privacy practices.
Apple iCloud: Some apps support synchronization through Apple iCloud. Where supported and enabled, app data may be transmitted to and stored in Apple's infrastructure and synchronized across devices associated with your Apple Account. Snow Ridge Studios does not operate that infrastructure or independently store the synchronized content on its own servers. Depending on the implementation, we may have technical access to certain records for app operation, maintenance, security, or troubleshooting.
External APIs: Some apps request information from services such as Scryfall. Those services may receive technical request details and process them according to their policies.
Platform services: Apple and Google may process information for app distribution, purchases, subscriptions, backups, and operating-system functionality.
5. Advertising and Tracking
Our apps do not contain advertising or advertising-tracking SDKs. We do not sell user information to advertisers or deliver personalized advertising based on app data.
6. Purchases and Payments
Some apps are paid or offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments are processed through the relevant platform, such as Apple or Google. We do not directly collect or store payment card numbers through our apps. Purchase entitlement information may be processed to provide paid features, restore purchases, or manage subscriptions.
7. Storage, Retention, and Deletion
App data may be stored locally or synchronized through platform services, including iCloud. Users can generally delete local data using available app reset or deletion features, operating-system data controls, or by uninstalling the app. Deleting local data or uninstalling an app does not necessarily remove synchronized copies from iCloud, other devices, or backups. Users may manage applicable iCloud data through their Apple Account and iCloud storage settings, subject to the app's implementation and Apple's controls.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards and seek to minimize unnecessary data collection. When iCloud synchronization is used, data benefits from Apple's applicable infrastructure and security controls. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Children's Privacy
Our apps are not designed for or directed toward children under 13.
10. Privacy Choices and Rights
Users may manage device permissions, delete local app data, manage supported iCloud synchronization and stored data, uninstall apps, and manage purchases or subscriptions through their app store.
11. Website and Support Communications
Our website is intended to provide information about our company and apps. We do not intentionally collect website visitor information for advertising or profiling. If you email us, we receive the address and information you provide and use it to respond. Website hosting and email providers may process technical information in delivering their services.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy as our apps and services change.
